NJ Paralegal Services ("NJPS") cannot give legal advice or provide legal representation in a court of law. NJPS is not a law firm. NJPS’s owners, employees or agents are not attorneys.  Services provided by NJPS is intended to assist clients in typing documents for filing as Pro Se litigants (representing themselves) and providing  filing instructions. NJ Paralegal Services offers no legal services whatsoever.  NJ Paralegal Services prepares the forms specifically as directed by the Pro Se litigants themselves.

 

NJ Paralegal Services cannot offer “Non-Lawyers” any “Paralegal Services”.  All of the services provided to Pro Se Litigants are of clerical nature only, based solely on educated civil opinion and common prototype.  

 

In accordance with NJ Law and in accordance with the opinions of the Supreme Court Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of the Law, Paralegals can only offer “Paralegal Services” to “Licensed Attorneys” and not directly to the public.  NJ Paralegal Services is in total conformance with NJ Laws and the Supreme Court Committee’s Opinion.  NJPS is in total conformity with 176 N.J.L.J. 1195   June 21, 2004 COMMITTEE ON THE UNAUTHORIZED PRACTICE OF LAWAppointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court OPINION 40 regarding Businesses and Individuals Providing Services to the Public in the Preparation and Filing of Paperwork sold in “Do-it-Yourself” kits.  NJPS merely provides "Do it Yourself Kits".              


If an attorney is needed in your legal matter, NJPS recommends that you contact the American Bar Association for a referral.  NJPS prides itself with providing quality assistance, but NJPS cannot and does not guarantee the outcome of any legal matter worked on.
